INGREDIENTS:
3 scoops chocolate whey ½ cup oat flour ½ tsp baking powder 4 egg whites 1 ripe banana ½ cup water
swirly stuff:
1 scoop banana flavored whey 1 mashed banana 2 egg whites
PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees c. 2. Mix chocolate whey, oat flour and baking powder in a bowl. 3. Combine ripe banana, water and 4 egg whites in blender. Stir into the bowl of dry ingredients until completely combined. 4. Stir into the bowl of dry ingredients until completely combined. Spray a glass baking pan with non-stick spray and pour batter into dish. 5. Mix banana whey, 1 mashed banana and 2 egg whites. 6. Pour this batter onto chocolate batter in lines. 7. Now use a skewer to twirl and make patterns through the mixture :) 8. Bake for about 18-25 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center and when it comes out clean (no batter on the toothpick) you are done! 9. Store leftovers in fridge or freezer.
